What do you do?

What’s your process for working together?
Each business has different needs. So to get a better understanding of how we can best help you, please take 5 minutes to fill out this questionnaire. Once we have a chance to review your info, we’ll either email you back with a link to our calendar so we can arrange a call, or we’ll tell you we can’t help. On the call we’ll go into deeper discussion about what exactly you want to achieve and why so we can best help you. Then we’ll usually create a video screencast walking you through our findings and suggestions, and then we can provide you with a few options and quotes.
What work will you do for me?
Standing out atop Google requires work in a lot of areas – your website, your online business listings, your customer reviews, links to your website, and more.
Some of our work is foundational, one-time work, whereas the next-level, higher-payoff steps require ongoing effort. After squaring away the one-time work, like optimizing your Google Business page, fixing and building citations, adding the right keywords to your site, and tuning up your website, we’ll work on an ongoing basis to build ‘links’, get customer reviews reviews, add posts to Facebook and your Google page, etc. We’ll also create great content and add articles to your website each month so we keep it fresh and are able to reach more customers.
Ultimately our formula for getting you in front of the right prospects starts with a properly built concrete lifting website, and then each month we add great content + get links to your website & social profiles (think of these as votes for you that build trust with Google) + help you get customer reviews. There’s more to it than that, but that’s a good overview of the meat of what we do to get you in front of new customers.

Can you guarantee the top spot on Google?
No. No one can. Anyone guaranteeing rankings is either lying to you or is sadly misinformed. Google constantly tweaks their algorithms, and your competitors are always vying for the first page of Google, so it’s an ever-changing marketplace. What we can guarantee is our time-tested process for getting our partner contractors on the first page of Google and helping them sell more lifting jobs. That said, we’ve got a number of concrete lifting companies atop Google in some of the biggest markets in the USA – so we’re confident we can do the same for you; we just can’t ‘guarantee’ it…
How long does SEO take?
Results vary and are dependent on a number of variables but, generally speaking, our partner contractors see improved results in terms of rankings, referrals, traffic, leads, and reviews within the first couple of months, and continue to see growth from there. That said, your online marketing efforts should be an on-going effort… There’s no one-time work that’s going to keep you in front of potential customers forever. How much does it cost?

(Keep in mind, if we decide to do any paid advertising, the ad spend is an additional investment paid to the advertisers).
What are your terms?
All work is done on a month-to-month basis. We don’t have any contracts that you need to commit to. We just ask for payment at the beginning of the month via credit card to do the work. Cancel anytime if you’d like, but our hope is that you’ll be thrilled with the results, sell more lifting jobs, and want to continue working together.
Are there any steps I need to be involved in personally?
For the most part we can handle 99% of the work. However there are occasional things we may need you to assist on, which include:
- Asking customers for reviews is the biggest thing you’ll need to do on a regular basis. We’ll work with you to lay out a clear and doable strategy, but only you can ask customers to review you.
- Owner-verifying some business listings. If we need to setup business listings for you, like Google Business, Yelp or Bing, we’ll need a brief moment our your help to verify those listings.
That’s pretty much it. We know you’re busy, so we’ll take care of things without constantly needing to bother you.
What can I expect for communication?
We understand that you’re busy bidding or lifting concrete, so we promise not to take up much of your time. We won’t fill your inbox or voicemail with messages every day. Instead you can expect an email from us 2-3 times each month. We’ll share what we’ve been working on, update you on how we’re looking on Google, remind you to ask customers for reviews, share ideas, etc. And of course, if you ever have a question or concern, feel free to message us or schedule a call. We’re always happy to talk.
Do you work with multiple companies in an area?
Nope. When we partner with you, you’re the only leveling company we’ll work with. Unlike most marketing companies, we avoid any conflicts.
