From New Business Idea to Booked Out Over a Month (Fox Valley Mudjacking)

Summary: How a brand-new concrete lifting company went from having only a name and logo to being booked out for a month — ranking #1 across the Fox Valley and capturing high-value commercial searches in under 90 days.
The Beginning: Starting from Scratch
On April 1, 2025, Brooke posted in the Concrete Lifting World Wide Facebook group. She and her partner Billy weren’t new to the trade — Billy had worked in concrete lifting for another company — but now they were ready to build something of their own. What they needed was a clear path to get off the ground fast.
We connected the same day. From the first call it was clear: this wasn’t about shortcuts — it was about building a real business with a foundation that would last.
The Challenge: Build the Business, Not Just a Website
We guided Fox Valley through the decisions that make or break a startup: equipment research, LLC setup, choosing a commercial address for Google visibility, smart domain selection, and even a warm intro to a local Wisconsin bank.
We also shared our industry guide, “What New Concrete Lifting Businesses Need to Know.” With a roadmap in hand, Brooke and Billy moved decisively.
The Build: Turning a Dream into a Digital Business
April 24: We began the website — handling copy, design, images, technical SEO, schema, and tracking. All we needed from the team was their logo (and later, proud photos in front of their rig).
June 18: The site launched — a fast, SEO-first build for both residential and commercial work, with 50 pages (18 city pages). We submitted the XML sitemap in Google Search Console, added uptime monitoring, and implemented a lead database.
Day 5: “Holy moly, we got one already!!! … Tysm!!!! It’s working!!!!!” — Brooke
The Climb: Momentum in Action
We walked Brooke through verifying and optimizing their Google Business Profile, set up their Facebook page with starter posts, and tracked ranking growth.
July 1: #1 on Google for “Fox Valley Mudjacking.”
July 9: #5 on Google (Appleton) for “mudjacking near me.” Also #2 on Perplexity and #2 on ChatGPT search results.
Aug 2: #3 organic for “mudjacking Appleton,” #4 on Google Maps, appearing in the 3-pack for commercial searches with #2 organic placement.
Dominating the Fox Valley
By September, Fox Valley Mudjacking wasn’t just visible for “mudjacking” — they were winning broader, more competitive terms like concrete lifting and concrete leveling. They hit #1 in nearby suburbs like Little Chute and Kaukauna, #2 in Appleton for “mudjacking near me,” and — most impressively — #1 for commercial searches in Appleton such as “commercial mudjacking near me” and “warehouse floor leveling near me.”
“We are booked out for a month! It’s working for us daily!!! We absolutely could not have done this without you. Invaluable!” — Brooke
The Outcome
In under 90 days, Fox Valley Mudjacking went from a name and logo to a booked-out contractor with top rankings across the Fox Valley — including lucrative commercial terms. More importantly, Brooke and Billy didn’t just launch a website; they launched a business and a new chapter for their family.

Thank you for the kind words!
Way to Go
Brooke and Billy — you should be incredibly proud of what you’ve built.
In just a few months, you’ve done what most new businesses struggle to do in years. You took a leap, learned fast, trusted the process, and followed through with every step. You didn’t just build a website — you built a reputation. You built something people believe in.
The truth is, results like this don’t happen without effort, teamwork, and heart. You’ve shown all three.
Watching your business grow from an idea into something real — something that’s changing your lives — has been a reminder of why we love what we do. You’ve earned every bit of this success, and it’s only the beginning.
Keep going. Keep taking photos. Keep collecting reviews. Keep showing people who you are.
Because what you’re building isn’t just a concrete lifting company — it’s the foundation for your future.
