How Poly Lift USA Reversed a Double-Digit Lead Decline and Took Control of Their Business Growth Again

Concrete Lifting Marketing Case Study

The Reality of a Growing Concrete Lifting Business

If you run a concrete lifting company, you know exactly what it feels like: crews to keep busy, payroll to meet, equipment investments on the line, and the constant need for a steady flow of leads. When leads slow down, the stress piles up fast. You’ve built something — and you never want to feel like you’re watching it slip away.

That’s exactly where Poly Lift USA found themselves in late 2024.

After 10 years in business, with multiple crews operating across Florida, Georgia, and Texas, their company was established. Their brand was respected as one of the best concrete lifting companies in the south. They had built strong momentum and had even partnered with another local SEO company for nearly 9 years. Things had been stable for a long time — until they weren’t.

When Good Enough Stops Being Enough

Despite having a large website and what appeared to be solid rankings, year-over-year sales started dropping. First 10%. Then 15%. Then 18% down. Ad spend was rising on Google and Facebook just to try to keep up. And like many contractors, they weren’t exactly sure where the problem was — but they knew something was broken underneath the surface.

That’s when one of the owners, George, who saw us active in the Concrete Lifting Worldwide Facebook groups, decided to contact us. After seeing our work in the industry repeatedly, he introduced us to Jason, another of the owners, and we were invited to take a deeper look.

Concrete Lifting Website DesignWe Didn’t Just Look at Pages — We Looked at Buyers

From the outside, their site seemed massive. Hundreds of city landing pages. Tons of markets. Years of work put in. But as looked deeper it back, the issues were crystal clear:

  • Missing critical keywords for residential & commercial work, mudjacking, and key problem-based searches that real buyers use.
  • Pages that were thin, repetitive, and missing the actual concerns buyers search for (trip hazards, sinking slabs, uneven patios, etc.).
  • Technical indexing issues — pages Google couldn’t even see or rank properly.
  • Outdated or inaccurate service areas that confused both search engines and buyers.
  • Almost no visual trust signals — few photos, almost no reviews, and little to build customer confidence once they landed on the site.

In short: lots of pages, but very little working for them behind the scenes.

The Stakes Were High — This Was Bigger Than SEO

With three partners, crews working in multiple states, and a business that supports multiple families, the lead flow wasn’t just a marketing problem — it was peace of mind. A steady stream of calls means you sleep at night. Gaps in the calendar mean pressure and worry.

The Plan: Build Something That Lasts

We weren’t interested in temporary band-aids or just running more ads. We pitched them a full plan to rebuild:

  • Strategically rebuild all city landing pages, one by one, targeting real buyer searches.
  • Rewrite homepage and service content in plain, natural language that connects with how actual customers talk and search.
  • Add extensive photo galleries, jobsite visuals, crew shots, and clear examples of their work — for both residential and commercial buyers.
  • Layer in trust-building: review badges, warranties, associations, and real client reviews.
  • Fix underlying technical SEO issues, indexing, schema markup, and missing metadata.
  • Launch a simple but highly effective Google review system to start stacking new 5-star reviews at scale.

They Let Go of Their Old Marketing Company — And Haven’t Looked Back

AI Marketing for Concrete Lifting

#1 on Popular AI Platforms!

After seeing just the first few months of traction, the partners decided to fully transition all SEO, web, and even social media to our team at LevelRight Marketing.

With the lead flow stabilized and momentum building, the Poly Lift team immediately saw the opportunity to go even deeper. Now that the core SEO foundation is rebuilt, the next phase is expanding their reach in every market they serve — adding deeper service pages, city pages, more commercial and municipal content, and continually building their online asset library. The long-term goal: lock down dominant Google and AI visibility across all their service areas, keep their crews busy year-round, and future-proof the business for continued growth.

What’s Ahead?

Looking ahead, we’re building this as a true long-term partnership. Poly Lift isn’t just trying to “rank better” — they’re investing in an online foundation that will continue driving growth for years to come. As we expand their content, dial in new service offerings, and keep building their digital presence, the goal is simple: give the owners peace of mind that lead flow stays steady, crews stay busy, and their company keeps growing in every market they serve.

Long-Term Partnership

In terms of execution, from the beginning, the entire Poly Lift team was open, collaborative, and willing to let us do what we do best — even though switching agencies after so many years isn’t an easy decision. We’re grateful for the trust they placed in us, and we’re committed to making sure it continues paying off month after month as we grow together. We don’t take that trust lightly.

They’ve already referred other lifting companies to us. They’ve also been exceptionally kind in providing a wonderful (unprompted) video of their experience working with LevelRight Marketing so far. So thank you so much Jason & Poly Lift! We really appreciate it, and we’re thrilled to see the leads and sales increasing, and the stress decreasing!

“The unicorn of concrete lifting marketing”

As Jason, the owner of Poly Lift, shared in his video testimonial:

There are a lot of good web designers. There are a lot of good SEO people. But nobody else understands the concrete lifting space like Josh. That makes all the difference!”

This is What We Build: Stability, Peace of Mind, and True Growth

Concrete lifting companies don’t need gimmicks. They need stability. Predictable call flow. Long-term ranking & visibility. A website that speaks the customer’s language. And an online presence that stacks trust and authority over time.

If that’s what you’re looking for — let’s talk.
